You can order a prescription outside of a consultation here
Please Note: There is a £25 prescribing fee for all prescriptions. This non-refundable fee will be collected when you complete your medication purchase through the pharmacy. Keep in mind that this fee is for the prescription service only; the cost of the medication itself will be an additional charge, there will also be a delivery fee, it is all payable directly to the pharmacy.
You can only use this service if you are under the care of Bristol Menopause Clinic.
The below form is for medication that has been previously prescribed ONLY. Requests for any medication that has not been previously issued will be declined.
You must be up-to-date with all your appointments in order to use this service.
If you are due a follow-up, please schedule this appointment. You can then access your prescriptions at no additional administration fee.
